October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and here are some great brands supporting the cause. According to the National Breast Cancer Coalition, in 2021 there will be an estimated 281,550 new cases of invasive breast cancer diagnosed in women and 2,650 cases diagnosed in men. The month of October is a time to campaign and raise awareness for the disease in order to promote early screening, testing, and to raise funds for prevention, treatment and cure. These media companies have partnered to create a charity auction in support of Breast Cancer research. Dubbed The Pink Dial Project, watch brands are participating by creating individually unique pieces that feature pink dials. As part of the project, an auction will take place October 25 – November 1, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to the Union of International Cancer Control (UICC), to support their global work.
